Аннотация
Опухолевый тромбоз центрального венозного русла при эмбриональных опухолях у детей - редкое осложнение, требующее комплексного подхода в лечении, включающего полихимиотерапию и вмешательство многопрофильной команды из хирургов онкологов и кардиохирургов. В статье рассмотрено описание истории болезни пациента 9 месяцев с билатеральной нефробластомой и опухолевым тромбозом НПВ и ПП, а также представлен краткий обзор литературы.
